Shipping policy

For most international orders (including France), the customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, and local handling fees charged by the destination country’s customs or delivery carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are paid directly to customs or the carrier on arrival.

Duties, VAT, and other import charges are set and collected by your local customs authorities, not by us. Because of this, we do not refund or reimburse these fees. If a shipment is returned because duties or taxes were not paid, we may refund the product price minus original shipping and any return or customs charges billed to us.

Standard International: 6–12 business days after dispatch, excluding customs delays.  Note that customs inspections or unpaid fees can extend delivery times and are outside our control.

If a parcel is refused or returned because duties/VAT were not paid, we may:
•    Refund only the product cost minus original shipping, and
•    Deduct any return shipping or carrier fees you are billed.

Products are for personal use only and that buyers are responsible for ensuring local import legality in France. We provide accurate customs descriptions and HS codes but cannot guarantee clearance for every ingredient mix.
